International Technical Director

Kicking of his colour career at the age of 22, alongside Josh Wood and Lesley Lawson, trained and graduated with Vidal Sassoon techniques at Realhair, Chelsea.

His precision, attention to detail and hunger for creativity bring him to Sanrizz which is renowned internationally for excellence in hairdressing and education. After his 3 month Master Colour Training in Sanrizz Academy, he worked as a colour technician in the Knightsbridge branch where he resided for two years. He assisted in the International Creative Team, occasionally teaching colour to diploma students and quickly developed an interest in the Sanrizz Young Artistic team.

After Sanrizz he joined Patrick Ludde Salon as Creative Colour director, where he built a loyal clientele. He is known by his “couture” approach to colouring hair and he believes colouring hair is a fine art.

Tan is delighted to announce he has joined the Michaeljohn London team in Mayfair bringing his flare for colour to compliment this successful trusted talented team.
